Had a life change?

Most of the year you need a reason to enroll. A recent change in your life is usually that reason, and it gives you a limited window to act on it.

Two ways to get an answer today

Fastest is the phone. An agent will confirm your eligibility, explain your options, and enroll you on the same call.

Check your eligibility

A licensed agent will confirm your window.

This service is for people enrolling in a new plan. An agent can still go over your options, but for billing, claims, or doctor questions you'll want to contact your plan directly using the number on your card.

Got it. An agent will call you shortly.

What counts as a life change

Four broad things: you lost health coverage, your household changed, you moved, or your income or status changed. Any of them can open a window to enroll outside the usual dates.

You generally have 60 days from the date of the change. The clock runs from the change itself, not from the day you start looking. One call confirms whether yours is still open.

Lost coverage

A job ended, employer coverage stopped, or you aged off a parent’s plan.

Household changed

Marriage, a new baby or adoption, divorce, or a death in the household.

You moved

A permanent move to Florida, or to a ZIP where different plans are available.

Income or status changed

A change in household income, or gaining citizenship or lawful presence.

Open Enrollment runs November 1 to January 15.

Not sure whether yours counts?

That is the most common question we get. One call settles it, and there is no cost either way.
