Call

Lost your job? You have 60 days to get covered.

Losing employer coverage opens a window to enroll. You may qualify for financial assistance, and a licensed Florida agent can tell you what you would pay today.

Call

Licensed agents available Monday to Friday, 10am to 6pm ET. No cost to you.

Two ways to get an answer today

Fastest is the phone. An agent will confirm your eligibility, explain your options, and enroll you on the same call.

Can't talk right now? Use the form and a licensed agent will call you back, usually within fifteen minutes during business hours.

Check your options

A licensed agent will call you back with real numbers.

This service is for people enrolling in a new plan. An agent can still go over your options, but for billing, claims, or doctor questions you'll want to contact your plan directly using the number on your card.

Prefer to talk now? Call

Got it. An agent will call you shortly.

If you'd rather not wait, call now.

COBRA is not your only option

COBRA continues the same plan, but you pay the entire premium yourself plus an administrative fee, because your employer is no longer covering its share. That is usually why the number on the notice comes as a shock.

Losing job-based coverage also opens a window to enroll in a Marketplace plan, and financial assistance may bring the monthly cost well below the COBRA figure. It is worth having both numbers before you decide.

Your 60-day window

It runs from the date your coverage ends, not from the day you start looking.

What it costs to ask

Nothing. An agent can compare both routes with you on one call.

Open Enrollment runs November 1 to January 15.
